Regarding Ian Bryce's "Eureka Moment" About Andrea Rossi's Con

On Feb. 13, 2012, New Energy Times published the article "Rossi’s Australian Investment Opportunity Falls Through." In this article, we mentioned that Ian Bryce, a member of the Australian Skeptics Society, had an idea about how Andrea Rossi had deceived people.

Bryce, as he wrote, had experienced a "Eureka moment" in the middle of the night. Bryce believed that Rossi had faked his results by surreptitiously sending power through a ground wire.

In our article, we wrote: "New Energy Times has not taken the time to review Bryce’s idea because of what we saw and filmed on June 14 in Rossi’s presence. Our video shows his experiment was producing no more steam than an ordinary electric tea kettle and drawing an equivalent amount of power from the wall."

In other words, Rossi had not produced any excess power. Bryce's "Eureka moment" was therefore irrelevant.
