The dates for ICCF-14 are 10-15 August 2008.  The web site will be uploaded to www.iccf-14.org in the near future.  Meanwhile, here is some of the key information.

The Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill in Washington DC is the conference hotel.

ICCF-14 hotel registrations may be made at the conference rate by phone by asking for Group Reservations at 1-888-421-1442 from the US and 1-202-737-1234 from outside of the US.   The web site for ICCF-14 reservations is: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_gi_new&groupID=111991

Some important dates for the conference are:

15 April 2008:                  Registration will open on the conference web site.
30 April 2008:                  Cutoff for requesting invitation letters for visas
 6 June 2008:                  Abstracts are due. Details will be on the web site.
27 June 2008:                 Notification of acceptance of papers.
 
If you need a letter of invitation to get a visa, please email Robert Smith at oicresmith@aol.com   In the email, kindly (a) provide specifics on your past participation in the ICCF series (if germane), (b) list some of your contributions to the field (if germane) and (c) include any specific wording required or suggested by your government, plus provide (d) your current affiliation and (e) your position.

We are expecting to have a dynamic conference in an interesting region during this, the 20 th year of our field.
