10. Gordon and Beaty Speak at NPA

Frank Gordon, who retired last year from SPAWAR, San Diego, and Bill Beaty, moderator of an Internet chat list, spoke at the 17th annual Natural Philosophy Alliance Conference on June 26 in Long Beach, Calif.

Gordon replaced SRI Electrochemist Michael McKubre, who was originally scheduled to present a talk titled "How Cold Fusion is Hot Again" at the conference. Beaty spoke on the "Dark Side of Science."
